Do I need to be home?

No, you don’t need to be home during your cleaning. Many clients provide us with secure access instructions. If you prefer to be present, that’s fine too — whatever makes you most comfortable.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, we bring all the professional cleaning products and equipment needed for the job.

How do I cancel?

Simply call, text, or email us at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a small late-cancellation fee.

What if I’m not happy with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If something wasn’t cleaned to your expectations, let our Cleaning staff know during your service, or contact us within 24 hours of your completed cleaning appoinment and we’ll make it right.
